BREAST ENHANCEMENT OR BREAST AUGMENTATION

Breast Enhancement may be about increasing the size or volume of the breast (Breast Augmentation) or may be about improving the shape or symmetry. Some clients opt  to have a gel injected to get used to a larger breast, and then make a final decision 6-12  months later, whilst others decide that they are ready for a permanent solution.

COST

The actual cost of the procedure will depend upon the type of implant that you choose. At EFMEDISPA there are no hidden charges, or extra costs for an overnight hospital stay, or additional  charges for aftercare. Your adviser will quote you an all inclusive price which will include blood test, mammogram or ultrasound, all physician’s and anaesthetist’s fees, and a full aftercare package which includes your warranty. The price will range from £2800 for a temporary solution up to £6500 for the best quality permanent silicone implants.

SURGEON

EFMEDISPA surgeons are amongst the most experienced in the world, with an international experience in a variety of cosmetic treatments and plastic surgery. Your surgeon will have over 10 years experience and will have performed a minimum of 500 successful implants.

IMPLANT WARRANTY

EFMEDISPA only uses the finest implants including the Natrelle™ range. For your complete peace of mind, all implants are covered by a replacement policy, which means free of charge replacement of any implant that needs to be changed due to loss of shell integrity resulting in rupture or any other product defect confirmed by the manufacturer, within 10 years of implantation.

EIGHT STEPS THAT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE

STEP ONE
Your first step is a NO OBLIGATION consultation with one of EFMEDISPA’S expert team who are trained to provide you with detailed information on the variety of Breast Enhancement and Breast Augmentation options that are available. After taking a full medical history, your adviser will be able to suggest what type of procedure is most suitable for you.

STEP TWO
If suitable, you will have been offered the choice of a temporary enhancement by an injection of a specially formulated hyaluronic acid filler (Macrolane), or a permanent solution of an implant. You will be shown the full range of implants available with the opportunity of a “try before you buy”  prosthetic  to test weight and feel. You will be involved at each step in designing your new shape with a team of experienced professionals including your personal counsellor and your surgeon.

STEP THREE
If you have decided to move forward, you will meet the surgeon, so that he can answer any medical questions that you may have about the procedure and he will be able to make a final determination that you are suited to the procedure. At EF MEDISPA for Breast Enhancement and Breast Augmentation, we use the services of surgeons qualified for over 10 years with a wide experience of cosmetic and plastic surgery. Your surgeon will have performed a minimum of 500 successful breast enhancement procedures. 

STEP FOUR
Once you have decided to proceed your adviser will make the necessary arrangements to book the surgeon and the medical suite for your procedure, and will make any necessary financing arrangements if you have opted for an easy payment option. They will also make arrangements  for blood tests, a mammogram and a cardiogram, that our surgeons require prior to the procedure. The aftercare requirements will also be fully explained to ensure optimum results.

STEP FIVE
On the day of the procedure, you will meet your surgeon again so he can run through any issues that you may wish to discuss, and then ask you for your final consent before proceeding.  You will also meet your anaesthetist, who will be supervising the local anaesthetic, for your comfort and safety throughout the procedure.  The anaesthetist will ensure that you are completely relaxed with no pain as the local anaesthetic and sedative takes effect.

STEP SIX
The procedure takes less than two hours. Once completed, you will be invited to our relaxation lounge, where you can have a foot massage or reflexology, enjoy a manicure or pedicure,  select a  DVD  to view, or simply plug and play our exclusive Alpha Medipod de-stress therapy, all with the compliments of EFMEDISPA.

STEP SEVEN
During your relaxation session, you will have the opportunity to discuss the aftercare arrangements again with your nurse. You will also be offered a selection of healthy snacks and herbal infusions. After three or four hours in our relaxation lounge, you will have a final review with your surgeon before you prepare for your journey home.

STEP EIGHT
A week after the procedure, you will return to the clinic to see the surgeon again, so that he can be sure that all is well and you can let him know how you are feeling with your new shape.
