Kimberley Gridley is EF MEDISPA’s in-house Homeopath and Wellness Consultant, who can create an individual plan to help you achieve your personal health goals and make you feel better from the inside out. An initial hour-and-a-half consultation with Kimberley will assess your medical history and discuss any particular health goals. Upon assessing your individual needs, Kimberley will create a wellness plan for you, which could include nutritional supplements (the most advanced on the market which integrateglyconutrients, phytosterols and antioxidants) and homeopathic remedies. Kimberley may also test for food intolerances and toxins in the body and create a Low Glycaemic eating plan to suit.
The aim of your individual wellness plan is to get rid of toxins, rebalance hormones and maintain the immune system, so that you can feel more energetic, balanced and healthy on the inside – helping you to look better on the outside.
