What is the basis of the diet?
The Well Woman diet follows a low calorie programme with an emphasis on protein and reduced carbohydrate intake. It is not technically a high protein diet. The actual meal substitutes combine additional supplements to make sure that your body is getting proper nutrition whilst you are undergoing the restricted calorie intake.
Who will benefit ?
As this is a tailored programme, the diet will work for men and women of all ages. However, Esther and Wendy have modified the programme specifically for the mature woman, because there is nothing around that focuses on the needs of women in menopause who are struggling with their weight.
Why is it safe?

How is my progress monitored?
