Day 18: Final diet day

Well today is the last day of my diet, tomorrow night I have my wedding menu tasting which I’m really looking forward to, but am at the same time, very apprehensive about how much I eat and drink.

This time in 12 weeks will be 2 days before my wedding and I want to make sure that I am in the same fab shape that I am now so that when I walk down the aisle I look and feel fantastic. I have been instructed by my fiancé not to lose any more weight or I will be too thin.

His words were music to my ears after being slightly chubby for the last 12 months! So if you want to lose weight, and lose it fast, I can honestly say that the Well Woman Diet is the way to go.  It’s not just that though, I feel good, I feel like I have lost actual fat and not just water.  This isn’t a fad diet, it’s a rapid weight loss diet that is medically supervised and it has worked for me!

I am the shape and size I want to be 12 weeks before my wedding.  Result!

Day 17: 10cm gone, gone, gone!

Today was measurement day, and I can’t help but feel very smug. I knew that I had lost weight as everyone was commenting and all of my clothes were baggy, but I didn’t realise that I had lost 10cm around my waist in just over 2 weeks! » Read the rest of this entry «

Day 16: Pancakes anyone?

Pancake Day! I shall be making pancakes for dinner tonight for my fiancé and I, he will be enjoying them with Lemon and Sugar, I will be having the Well Woman Diet version!

I love the fact that I don’t feel like I am missing out on anything, not saying that I wouldn’t love to chow into a sweet lemon and sugar pancake, I just keep repeating my mantra: Wedding in 12 weeks, wedding in 12 weeks! » Read the rest of this entry «

Day 15: I look slimmer, I feel slimmer

My fiancé got home last night from his week away, and he was amazed at how much weight I have lost in a week. He said I looked slimmer, felt slimmer and I’ve inspired him to get his pre-wedding diet underway!

I have also started on phase 2 of the diet, so I am now able to enjoy 1 ‘normal’ meal per day for either lunch or dinner. I enjoyed a meal of baked salmon and vegetables last night, I’ve never known a piece of salmon to have so much taste! » Read the rest of this entry «

Days 13 & 14: The weekend I fit into my skinny jeans!

I fit into my skinny jeans!! You know the ones we all keep in our wardrobe because we hope that one day we’ll fit into them!! Yep, those are the ones I am talking about… more about that in a bit..

I have lost 5kg’s according to the scales and I had my defining moment today. One of my Christmas gifts was a pair of skinny jeans that I haven’t been able to wear yet as I couldn’t get them done up.  I thought I would try them yesterday and as I pulled them up they slipped over my hips and easily did up, with even a little bit of room to spare! » Read the rest of this entry «

Day 11: Cooking adventures

Being on this diet has made me think of new ways to cook my vegetables, although the list of things I can eat is quite extensive i.e. broccoli, courgette, mushrooms, asparagus, curly kale, quorn pieces and many more, I have grown tired of vegetables done with herb and spices every night. » Read the rest of this entry «

Day 8: 4 meals a day
