Think I have a gym phobia!

Had a conversation with a guy today who has just had VASER Lipo. Any guesses to what the conversation consisted of?

Everyone was very proud of me as I arrived on time for round 2 of my Cosmedix course, which as we are all fully aware has nothing to do with VASER because it focuses on skin care. In saying that they did talk of a way to reduce stretch marks. I still wouldn’t ask me for any advice on your skin problems… I will tell you wear sunblock… and lots of it.

It was a long course and by the time it finished I was too exhausted to attend the gym, but felt the need to do some form of exercise so walked around the park.

Congratulations to Izzy and Fiona… Today was their wedding day, and it was a beautiful wedding. The grooms speech was so emotional that even the cake was in tiers… (I have actually stolen that from another best-mans speech) but truth be told his speech was very moving…
Don’t expect this to be a long entry as if you have been continuously following this blog you will know what comes next…

A term some of you might be familiar with, except for the friend of mine who dragged me out, both Maverick and Iceman would have extremely disappointed!

Truth be told his female companion had more of an idea than he did! It was still a very good night though.
There was no gym this morning, which is hardly surprising.

I have just about recovered from last night’s extraordinary defeat! Will take out the rest of my pepped up anger on the punching pads…

Before we begin boxing, my trainer tells me that she saw me at the game on TV… I question this as my phone isn’t ringing off the hook. Anyhow, she says she was supporting Barca, because of Messi (I too think he is wonderful, but was supporting Chelsea)… However, I couldn’t understand why she would do this as she is Brazilian… Turns out that my Brazilian trainer is in fact not Brazilian, rather, Argentinean!!! As we established yesterday it has now been six weeks since I’ve had VASER Lipo and I have to say that the results are very obvious. My brother after looking at the photos decided that they look like I am breathing in and out… I assure you that I am not, but he decided to do a versus to prove his point… I will see if he will give me permission to post his before and after photos as I found them hysterical…

For the next two weeks I will try very hard to reduce my hedonistic lifestyle to only two days per week.

6 weeks….
Wow! Time really flies…
Should I recap? Let me think on that one… Maybe tomorrow…

My biggest concern, and this is not one I have looked into yet… Am I wearing the same boxers in every photo for the past six weeks?
I think today they are definitely different, but I know I have a habit of getting into routines and the chances are, based on ratio of number of boxers I own to days of the week, it is highly likely I was always wearing the same underwear on the same day…

I won’t be taking a photo today as I will not be going to EF Medispa…
It’s a bank holiday and the weather is miserable.
Such is life.

One BBQ gets canceled at 11:30, however, another one goes ahead!
As I haven’t seen my cousin’s since having VASER Lipo, we naturally spend a bit of time discussing it and the TV show. They say I’m looking a lot slimmer and were impressed by what they were seeing…

This was a rather uneventful day.
The only thing that came out of it was that I was looking a lot slimmer and people were questioning whether I had purposely gone out to purchase tighter fitting tops… I hadn’t, but think this might be a good idea with summer round the corner…

I really didn’t have much to do today so after lunch with some friends I went to the gym.
