The gym opens at 8 on the weekends and at 09:30 I have to be at EF MediSpa for a course… by the time I roll out of bed at 8:45 so there isn’t anytime to go to the gym… I also know that I have to meet a friend for dinner at 19:00 (why am I using 24 hour clock?)
So it seems another day will pass without any ab crunches…
If you are wondering what the course was it was skin care, CosMedix to be exact. I can now tell you that Arabino Galactan Protein (AGP) can be found in red wine. I left the course in the evening knowing that I knew nothing about skin care, but to be fair to myself had learnt a lot.
Off to a Korean for dinner… Now I told myself before I went that I will not touch alcohol. 3 bottles of Soju and 2 bowls of scorpion latter… I passed out in my bed.
I don’t think I have a drinking problem, guess I’m just making up for the 14 days after having VASER where I couldn’t drink. Must really make an effort to go to the gym tomorrow…
