I went spinning yesterday, therefore…
A couple of days ago a lady had the VASER Lipo procedure. After the procedure we got chatting. I think she felt comfortable talking to me as I am a veteran of VASER! I begin with my normal rant and rave over the compression garment, she seemed to view this as a none issue… I say… Just wait… OH yes, JUST WAIT!!!
Then I told her what to expect when she first takes off the compression garment.
Received a message from her today, thanking me for the warning about the woozy feeling when you take the garment off…
One thing I have noticed about VASER Lipo is the number of males who are having the procedure… I would like to believe that I’m a trendsetter, but friends will avow it is purely coincidence!

Legs still feeling the spinning class… Wanted to hang in the sauna for a bit but couldn’t be bothered. Kind of surprising, as it’s not that you have to do much other than sit in the sauna!!!
It’s Eurovision tonight, think I will watch this.
Watched it, and have to be honest didn’t think the British song was great, but think Jade Ewen was by far the best singer… The voting public was obviously concerned about her having two first names… Did the right country win? Norway had a catchy song… But… Jade was the best singer…
BTW… Did anyone notice that she bumped into the guy playing the violin while she was walking down the stairs?
Was he standing in a different position in dress rehearsal???
