Bit of an embarrassing thing happened today…
I had another massage and Electro lymphatic drainage session.
Can’t remember what number this is. Anyhow… It has been at least four weeks since I have cut my toenails and I know this because I have not cut them since having VASER. Each session I say to Christine, the therapist, that I will endeavor to cut them by our next appointment. Needless to say that by this one I had not.
For the record I would just like to say that putting aside toenails, my personal hygiene is very good. Christine had decided that if she doesn’t do anything about it nobody will. So she very kindly gave me a mini pedicure. I was a little embarrassed at the beginning and even more so at the end when I had perfectly shaped toenails. Next time I take a shower at the gym I will have to wear socks!
Speaking of the gym, I didn’t go today, but took comfort in the knowledge that I would walk to the football game and back. The game was not good and the result was worse.
Beer count today zero, liquor count high…
