The Vaser ‘affect’ or ‘effect’

May 20th, 2009

Forget practicing my punches, think I need to work on my pushups!
Not sure what happened to me this morning, but I faded during the final stages of my training!!!

I believe the catalyst was… I want to say 20 pushups, but think it was actually 10. Hmmm… Really trying to remember as 10 doesn’t sound a lot! Followed immediately by 20 rapid punches… R-A-P-I-D….
It wasn’t until we did abs work that I started to feel sick!
I will say that if I independently do these exercises out of training hours, I might just be on to a winner…
Chances of me doing the exercises out of hours 17%

Now although I took photos yesterday of VASER 8 weeks later I haven’t posted them.
Why?
As I was looking at the photos just a moment ago I noticed… That my arms are rather unattractive… So much so, I am now questioning whether or not to post the pictures.
Might just be the way I am standing?
Hope it is just the way I am standing!

In 2 days time, which in reality is tomorrow (1 day time, but I’m writing as yesterday… does this make any sense?), the show that began this blog will air. I must admit that I am somewhat hesitant for Thursday to come and this show to air. Not particularly nervous about me standing there being drawn up nor lying there having the VASER Lipo procedure. What I am worried about is the interview and perhaps what I might have said during the procedure, as, although I was able to converse, I doubt I was saying anything of sense. I once edited a feature film that went on to win the director a very big award, so understanding the art of editing I know that you can easily manipulate footage to convey whatever you want. This is my concern.
But lets put this to one side for now…

The good news is that the calamari was back, and the chef brought out a fresh batch just as I got to the counter. FANTASTIC!
I have seen some photos of me on another blog from the day of the procedure and they are rather unflattering…
Has this VASER thing affected my vanity?
Please don’t question whether I should have used effected instead of affected…
It really hasn’t, but I would like to add that I do look much better since having the VASER procedure. It was only on my stomach but has seemed to have an all round positive effect!
Please don’t question whether I should have used affect instead of effect…
What I have realized is that blogs are rather hard to come by so I am somewhat relieved!
Watched back to back movies last night and I don’t care what anyone says…
‘The devil wears Prada’ is a great movie, FULL STOP!
