VASER vs conventional lipo

April 28th, 2009

I can’t believe that once again I didn’t go to the gym this morning… Well I can, but just because of the ridiculousness of last night! I mean c’mon!!!

I tell myself to think thin. If this new technique of thinking thin actually works, it will save me from paying for my monthly gym membership.

It didn’t take long for thinking thin to turn into thinking I’m hungry. Then from thinking I’m hungry to knowing I’m hungry! As I had no Goji berries available I had to have cookies again! I have recently been informed that chocolate cookies aren’t good… my response to this is at the time they were great…

I had a phone conversation in the evening with someone talking about having Liposuction done. They were talking about having a lot of areas, and he wanted to speak to me about what different types of treatments were available to him. I told him about VASER Lipo and compared it to the other types of lipo available to him. I can, and only like to, speak from personal experience. I am very happy with the result so far and it has only been 5 weeks. I explained that VASER compared to conventional Lipo is preformed under a local anesthetic, whereas the traditional method you would require a general anesthetic. Personally speaking, I would try and avoid going under a general. I also explained how with VASER you are able to get closer to the muscle and achieve a more sculptured look, plus it is a walk-in walk-out procedure, and you will be back at work the next day. I have heard stories about the traditional method, but it is not my place to comment so I wont mention any. I ended the conversation with go with what you are happy with, but also think about the after care treatments that the clinic will provide you with afterwards… He thanked me for my time. I was glad I could be of some help… I think I was of some help?

Signed the evening off with a chicken tikka masala… it was delicious! Must be the way I placed the meal in the oven?

I had 4 areas done and there was no way I could have gone back to work the next day. I suppose it would depend on how many areas you have done but I would recommend at least 5 days off
