The anticipation of Chelsea’s champions league match will make today a very slow paced day… But we start the morning on a high, as I finally made it to the gym.

The friend of mine who I went out with on Sunday night bought me an audio CD for my birthday from the 4-day seminar she just attended. I transferred this to my phone so that I could listen to this when I go places. Strangely I found this easier to run to than my normal medley of music.
Anyhow, on with my day…
Had electro lymphatic drainage today, and somehow managed to “squeeze” in a blackhead extraction… Do not ask how this came about, it just did…
After the treatment Christine and I compared my body shape to the before photos on my laptop and she was startled by the results so far. There was a remarkable difference! It was a lot more obvious from the side profile.
A few weeks back I was talking to an EF MediSpa client who has also had the VASER Lipo procedure here. I told him that he would find it hard to play golf for the first couple of weeks… He came in today and told me that he went on holiday to play golf. I was surprised, but then found out he was taking half swings… However, what really shocked me was the fact he lost 30 balls but still won!?!?!

90 minutes of pure agony, I felt sick for the duration… But we didn’t concede a goal and now have a great chance of going through… Well done team…
