Cellulite is something that both men and women suffer from, often leaving us feeling insecure, self-conscious and hesitant to wear certain clothing.

Did you know there are different types of cellulite?

Cellulite can come in different of types and stages on everyone. These stages are grade 0 – no dimpling, grade 1 – dimpling when pinched, grade 3 – visible dimpling when standing and grade 3 – visible dimpling when standing or lying down.

How to reduce the appearance of cellulite

Cellulite occurs when the layer of fat beneath the skin pushes against the connective tissue, causing a dimpled texture on the skins surface. At EF MEDISPA we offer a range of cellulite reduction treatments.
