Appointment/Consultation Cancellation Policy

Please note that EF MEDISPA operates on a 48-hour cancellation policy.  Please email clientcare@efmedispa.com. If you wish to cancel or rearrange appointments, we kindly ask you to give us 48 hours' notice. We reserve the right to charge the cost of the appointment if there is a no show or adequate notice is not given.

There is a £50 medical appointments deposit which is non-refundable but can be used towards your treatment. To proceed with any of our treatments, you must be 18 years or over.

Consultation Policy

At EF MEDISPA, consultations are complimentary; however, we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by giving us a call at least 48 hours in advance.

Please note that if you fail to attend your appointment without notice, a £30 no-show charge may be applied to your payment card at our sole discretion.

To change or cancel your appointment

Please phone your dedicated EF MEDISPA clinic and speak to a member of our team if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. We strive to ensure that we are always available to you and are open 6 days a week.

No Refund Policy - Medical & Aesthetic Treatments

All single treatments, treatment packages, and courses are non-refundable. However, balances for outstanding treatments may be transferred to alternative aesthetic treatments if required. Please consult your Treatment Coordinator for further details. All non-medical and aesthetic single or courses have a non-refund policy.

All courses must be used within 18 months from the date of purchase, after which they will expire. Additionally, we may recommend adjustments to your treatment plan during your course to ensure the best possible results for your individual needs.

Policy on Children

We regret that we are unable to allow children to remain unaccompanied in the reception area. Our Front of House staff are neither trained nor insured to look after children, and we respectfully ask our clients to refrain from asking our receptionist to watch their children during treatments. For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the treatment rooms at any time.

Policy on Pets

We regret that we are unable to allow pets in the clinic for hygiene reasons.

Promotional Offers

All offers are limited to one per person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or product purchases. Our current promotion, 30% OFF new clients, only applies to courses, not single treatments. Certain courses are excluded- check with your chosen clinic for details. We reserve the right to cancel or deny this offer at any time.


Gift Vouchers / Other vouchers or codes online

Gift Vouchers and non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and will state how long they are valid for. Limited to one voucher per person. Gift Vouchers cannot be used for product purchases, medical, injectables or surgical treatments or in conjunction with any other offers. Please bring your gift voucher with you to your appointment.

Complaints Policy

Complaints should be made by e-mail to the manager of your EF MEDISPA clinic. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days.

Treatment Disclaimer

At EF MEDISPA, we’re dedicated to helping you achieve outstanding results through our advanced face and body treatments. While many clients enjoy long-lasting benefits, please note that we do not guarantee permanent results.

Most treatments may require top-up or maintenance sessions, as outcomes can naturally change over time due to individual factors such as lifestyle, ageing, and environment.

We recommend discussing your treatment plan and expected longevity with your therapist to ensure it aligns with your personal goals.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to EF MEDISPA’s loyalty programme known as EF Vault, where loyalty value is issued as EF Credits.


1) Definitions

  • EF MEDISPA / we / us / our: EF MEDISPA (the business operating the EF Vault programme).

  • You / your / Member: the client enrolled in EF Vault with an EF MEDISPA client account.

  • EF Vault: your EF Credits balance held on your EF MEDISPA client account.

  • EF Credits: promotional loyalty credits issued by EF MEDISPA under EF Vault.

  • Eligible Purchases: purchases that can earn EF Credits or be paid for (in part) using EF Credits, as set out in these Terms.

  • Courses/Packages: any course, package, or bundled treatment programme sold by EF MEDISPA (as classified in our system).

  • Single treatments: individual treatments sold as single services (as classified in our system).

  • Medical / injectable treatments: medical or injectable procedures including (but not limited to) dermal fillers and other injectables, dermatology-led medical treatments, or surgical procedures.


2) Programme overview

  • EF Vault is a loyalty programme that awards EF Credits for certain purchases and certain qualifying actions (e.g., first appointment bonus, referrals where applicable).

  • EF Credits are promotional: they are not cash, have no cash value, are not a bank account or stored value account, and do not create any property right.


3) Membership, eligibility, and accounts

  • EF Vault is linked to your EF MEDISPA client account (in clinic and, where available, online).

  • You are responsible for ensuring your personal details (name, email, mobile) are accurate so credits can be correctly attributed.

  • EF MEDISPA may merge duplicate accounts where we reasonably believe they belong to the same person.

  • EF Credits are non-transferable (you cannot sell, gift, assign, or share them to another person).


4) Value of EF Credits

  • 1 EF Credit = £0.01 (1p) when redeemed on eligible purchases.

  • Example conversions:

    • 500 EF Credits = £5

    • 2,000 EF Credits = £20

    • 5,000 EF Credits = £50

    • 20,000 EF Credits = £200


5) Earning EF Credits (standard accrual)

EF Credits are earned on Eligible Purchases at the following rates:

  • Courses/Packages: 5 EF Credits per £1 spent

  • Single treatments: 2 EF Credits per £1 spent

How earning is calculated

  • EF Credits are calculated on eligible net spend (i.e., after any discounts, promotions, refunds/adjustments, and any credits redeemed).

  • EF Credits are issued only once the invoice is closed and paid in full.

Illustrative examples

  • Courses/Packages (×5): £500 spend = 2,500 EF Credits; £1,000 spend = 5,000 EF Credits

  • Single treatments (×2): £250 spend = 500 EF Credits; £500 spend = 1,000 EF Credits


6) First appointment bonus

  • New guests receive a first appointment bonus of 2,000 EF Credits (£20) after they complete their first appointment, subject to the rules in force at the time.

  • This is a welcome offer and is not exclusive to referrals.

  • Limited to one bonus per person/account, unless EF MEDISPA states otherwise in writing.


7) Referral rewards (when offered)

If EF MEDISPA is running a referral rewards offer, the following rules apply.

7.1 Linking the referral (timing is strict)

  • The referral must be linked before the referred guest completes their first appointment/consultation.

  • No retroactive claims: if it isn’t linked in time, EF MEDISPA will not add it later.

7.2 Referrer rewards (two milestones)

Once correctly linked, the referrer may receive:

  1. Consultation/first appointment milestone

  • 5,000 EF Credits (£50) after the referred guest completes their consultation/first appointment.

  1. First course/package purchase milestone (with £750 minimum spend)

  • 15,000 EF Credits (£150) only after the referred guest:

    • purchases their first course/package, and

    • that first course/package invoice has an eligible net spend of at least £750 (after discounts/adjustments and excluding non-eligible items), and

    • the invoice is paid in full.

Total per referred guest (if both milestones are met): 20,000 EF Credits (£200).

7.3 Limits and clarifications

  • Minimum spend rule: The £750 minimum spend applies only to the 15,000 EF Credits (£150) milestone.

  • If the referred guest’s first course/package purchase is below £750, the referrer will not receive the 15,000 EF Credits for that referred guest (even if the referred guest later makes additional purchases), unless EF MEDISPA states otherwise in writing.

  • One reward per referred guest: rewards apply only to the referred guest’s first qualifying course/package purchase pathway.

  • No self-referrals and no referrals that are fake, manipulated, or not genuine.


8) Referred guest offer (30% off first course/package)

Where a referred guest offer is active:

  • The referred guest receives 30% off their first course/package purchase only.

  • Applies to courses/packages only (not single treatments and not products).

  • Must be applied at booking/purchase; no retroactive application.

  • Cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or offer unless EF MEDISPA explicitly states otherwise in writing.


9) Redeeming EF Credits

  • EF Credits can be redeemed toward eligible purchases only, and only in accordance with these Terms and any system redemption rules in force at the time.

  • No same-day earning/redemption: EF Credits cannot be redeemed in the same transaction in which they are earned.

  • EF MEDISPA may apply redemption controls such as:

    • minimum credits required to redeem,

    • maximum credits redeemable per invoice (fixed amount or %), and

    • redemption increments (e.g., must redeem in set steps).


10) Redemption exclusions (what EF Credits cannot be used for)

EF Credits cannot be redeemed against:

  • Medical / injectable treatments, including (but not limited to) dermal fillers and other injectables, dermatology-led medical treatments, or surgical procedures.

  • Products / skincare retail.

  • Gift cards.

  • Tips / gratuities.

  • Memberships and prepaid cards.

  • Any other excluded category as notified by EF MEDISPA from time to time.


11) Using EF Credits with discounts/offers

  • EF Credits cannot be redeemed in the same transaction as a discount, promotion, or offer unless EF MEDISPA explicitly states otherwise in writing.

  • If a discount/offer is applied, EF Credits redemption may be blocked for that invoice under programme rules.


12) Cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, and corrections

  • If an invoice is refunded (in full or part), reversed, corrected, or charged back, EF MEDISPA may remove or adjust EF Credits:

    • previously issued for that invoice; and/or

    • issued as a result of that invoice (including referral rewards triggered by it).

  • If EF Credits were redeemed against a purchase that is later refunded, EF MEDISPA will adjust the EF Credits balance accordingly under our standard refund processes.


13) Expiry

  • EF Credits expire 18 months from the date they are issued, unless a different expiry is stated at the time of award.

  • Expired credits are removed from your EF Vault balance and cannot be reinstated.


14) Programme integrity (fraud/abuse)

  • EF MEDISPA may investigate suspected abuse, including (but not limited to) fake accounts, self-referrals, manipulation, or any attempt to circumvent the rules.

  • Where we reasonably suspect abuse, we may void credits, reverse redemptions, suspend accounts, and/or withdraw access to EF Vault.


15) Changes, suspension, or termination

  • EF MEDISPA may modify, suspend, or terminate EF Vault (or any element of it, including earning rates, bonuses, referral rules, redemption rules, and exclusions) at any time.

  • Credits already issued remain subject to these Terms (including expiry and exclusions) unless otherwise required by law.


16) Data and privacy

  • EF MEDISPA will process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable UK data protection law. EF Vault activity (earn/redemption history) is linked to your client account.


17) Governing law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

18) Injectable Treatments


Injectable treatments at EF MEDISPA are regulated medical procedures and, where applicable, involve prescription-only medicines. In line with UK regulations, we do not advertise or promote injectable treatments through discounts or price-led offers. All injectable treatments are prescribed and carried out only following a medical consultation to assess suitability.
