In part three of our ‘Meet the managers’ series we meet Elena, the founder of our first franchise, EF MEDISPA Bristol. A true lover of all things beauty, here she will be sharing her skincare secrets!
1. Describe your current skin care regime
I start my skincare regime by cleansing my face with SkinCeuticals gentle cleanser, I always use bamboo cloths to remove my cleanser as they gently exfoliate my skin at the same time. I then apply my antioxidant serum which is currently CE Ferulic by SkinCeuticals (I wait for it to do its magic whilst I’m brushing my teeth), I also apply some AQ Skin Solutions Eye Serum. Next, I use my CellCosmet CellLift serum (my favourite product at the moment), it rejuvenates and plumps my skin. Afterwards, I apply CellCosmet Cellular Eye Contour Cream as it revitalises the delicate skin around my eyes whilst smoothing out fine lines and wrinkles (this can also be applied around the mouth). I follow this up with Cellular Concentrated Day Cream by CellCosmet. Lastly, just before I'm about to leave my house I always apply some SPF on my face and neck – currently I’m using DermaQuest Stem Cell 3D Tinted Moisturiser SPF 30 as it leaves me with a lovely glow.
2. What treatments have you had, what are your favourites and why?
I’m currently having
Laser Hair Removal all over and absolutely loving it. Its pain free, and my hair growth has already reduced dramatically (I'm on my 3rd session), better yet I no longer have ingrown hairs! I often have the
Lunchtime Quick Lift facial, it is perfect on busy days when I only have 30 minutes to spare; it works to stimulate collagen production, giving a tightening, firming and rejuvenating effect. I also love the
LED Luminous Lift facial, it is both calming and soothing and results are just amazing.
3. What’s your top tip for great skin?
My top tip for great skin is to make sure you look after yourself internally and externally. Keep hydrated, eat healthy and don't stress about little things as it can take a huge toll on your skin and health. Just try and keep calm :).
