In part 5 of our meet the manager’s series, we’d like to introduce you to Yvonne, the manager at our St Johns Wood clinic. Yvonne is going to share her beauty secrets and current skincare regime with you!
Describe your current skin care regime?
My daily skincare routine starts off with a double cleanse using DermaQuest DermaClear cleanser. I then use the DermaQuest Skin Brite serum, and the Skin Brite cream, they’re great for banishing dark spots, circles under the eye and brighten your overall complexion. Lastly, I apply SkinCeuticals AOX Eye Gel, it’s a light weight serum that protects the delicate skin around the eyes and also reduces puffiness.
Twice a week I alternate between the Biologique Recherche Masque Vivant, an intensive mask that helps to clean and tighten your pores, and leave your skin looking brighetened. If I don’t use this mask, I will use the DermaQuest Algae Polishing scrub, a gentle yet exfoliating scrub that leaves my skin feeling super clean!
What treatments have you had, what are your favourites and why?
I have been fortunate enough to have pretty much tried the majority of treatments that EF MEDISPA has to offer. My favourites at the moment are the
Mango Brite Peel, it really rejuvenates and brightens my skin, helping with my main concern which is slight pigmentation. For the body I really like the combination of
Lipotripsy and
Radiofrequency to help combat cellulite and aide with skin tightening. These two treatments together are amazing!!!
What are your top tips for great skin?
Drink loads of water, wear an SPF everyday and make sure you cleanse your skin daily!
