Our favourite healthy local places to eat & drink
If you’re visiting us for a cosmetic treatment or procedure, we’ll always make sure you’re well looked after. However, as many of our visitors like to combine their trip to our clinics with shopping or lunching in the local area, we thought we’d put together a little list of our favourite spots to pick up delicious and healthy drinks, snacks and food on the go. So, if you’re popping in to see any of our London team for a consultation sometime soon, you may want to take notice of these exceptional eateries, which are just a stone’s throw away from our EF MEDISPA clinics.
Canary Wharf
Our Canary Wharf clinic is on Admirals Way, which puts you in the perfect position toenjoy some fantastic fresh juices from two top class snack stops. We can’t get enough of the organic juices at CPRESS on Crossrail Walk. Their boosters are the thing to start your week with on a Monday morning! If you’ve indulged in a glass of fizz or three over the weekend, try the Liver Flush – it contains Milk Thistle and Dandelion for a gentle cleanse. Pure should also be on your radar; along with comforting bowls of pho and seasonal soups they have an extensive smoothie and juice offering. Pure’s Green Tonics are our weekday staple and a much healthier G&T for everyday consumption! There’s also the chance to indulge your inner kid with one of their Cherry-Aid smoothies – they’re packed with vitamins rather than fizz. You will find Pure on Canada Square.
Chelsea
Our Chelsea clinic is situated on the world famous Kings Road, which means you’re spoil for choice for fantastic places to eat, drink and relax nearby. When eating out, The Good Life Eatery is always top of our list thanks to the colourful, sustainable and downright delicious food found there! If you have a little more time on your hands then you should visit the Bluebird, a short walk up the road from the spa, it boasts alfresco dinning for warm summer days and evenings.
Kensington
If you’re coming to see us in Kensington, you’ll find us right in the heart of the area, in Kensington Church Street. And while in Kensington, who can resist a trip to Whole Foods on the High Street? If you can make it passed their bakery section and up the stairs, you’ll find their own little food court, Whole Foods Market, which serves everything from fresh seafood to salad and sushi.
Also on High Street Kensington, Crussh make fit food and juices, the kind that make you feel better from the inside and keep you going all day long. Pop in and pick up one of their scrumptious scrambled egg pots, which come with luxury additions like smoked salmon and sumac or chorizo and avocado. If you’re feeling less angelic they have the best toastie fillings – we love the mozzarella, sun-dried tomato and basil on sourdough.
St John's Wood
Our one-stop spa on St John’s Wood High Street also boasts some tasty neighbours, one of which is salad superstar Megans. Whether you order their Caesar salad with or without chicken is not so important because for us the meal is all about the parmesan crisps. Megans is just along the High Street. Another great place to grab a light bite is Mori, their sashimi boxes will keep you full but you may find yourself trying to make room for some zero fat frozen yogurt too.
The EFMEDISPA team love what they do and the areas where they work, so if you’d like any further recommendations just ask us next time you pop in for a visit. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
