For higher energy treatments we apply a numbing cream first and give it time to work, so the treatment itself is comfortable. It depends on the energy level, and you choose that with your practitioner. Low energy sessions leave mild redness for a day or two and you carry on with your week. High energy treatments are a bigger step: the treated skin darkens, feels tight and sheds over 5 to 7 days as new skin comes through beneath it. During that week you avoid make-up, heat and sun, and we give you a full aftercare plan and a direct line to the clinic.

Skin tightening can be seen after a single session, and the improvement keeps building for up to 12 months as your skin produces new collagen and elastin. Results are long lasting, and your practitioner will suggest how best to maintain them once you see your final result.

That depends on how much change you want and how much downtime you can take. Some clients choose a single high energy treatment. Others prefer a course of lighter sessions, usually 3 to 5 around four weeks apart, with less downtime after each one. NeoGen does not rely on a laser wavelength or on targeting pigment, and it has been clinically studied on skin types I to IV.
