Yoghurt & Fruit SmoothieStrawberry, banana and blueberry smoothies

This creamy and fruity smoothie is a great alternative for yoghurt and fruit in the morning.
  • 2 tbsp. Greek yoghurt
  • 50ml Almond milk
  • 30g Almonds
  • Handful Strawberries
  • Handful Blueberries
Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until desired consistency.

Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie

A potassium, fibre and protein filled smoothie to start the day.
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp. of peanut butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
  • 100ml almond milk
  • Handful ice cubes
  • ½ tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. flax seeds (optional)
Blend the ingredients until desired consistency.

Chia & Berry Smoothie

Delicious detoxing smoothie packed with vitamins and minerals!
  • 75g frozen mixed berries
  • 100ml water/ coconut water
  • Handful spinach
  • Handful ice
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender for 1 minute.

Blueberry Mint Smoothie

A vibrant smoothie great for your digestive system, containing mint which is great at promoting a healthy gut.
  • Large handful of spinach
  • Large handful of blueberries
  • 5 (large) mint leaves (you can add more/less depending on how minty you would like it)
  • 100ml water/ coconut water
  • Handful of ice
Combine all the ingredients in a blender until desired thickness.
