What better way to start the day with a delicious and hearty smoothie! These are our favourite smoothie recipes that you can whip up just 5 minutes before leaving the house, making them the perfect breakfast to have on the go or before work.
Yoghurt & Fruit Smoothie
This creamy and fruity smoothie is a great alternative for yoghurt and fruit in the morning.- 2 tbsp. Greek yoghurt
- 50ml Almond milk
- 30g Almonds
- Handful Strawberries
- Handful Blueberries
Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie
A potassium, fibre and protein filled smoothie to start the day.- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp. of peanut butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
- 100ml almond milk
- Handful ice cubes
- ½ tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. flax seeds (optional)
Chia & Berry Smoothie
Delicious detoxing smoothie packed with vitamins and minerals!- 75g frozen mixed berries
- 100ml water/ coconut water
- Handful spinach
- Handful ice
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
Blueberry Mint Smoothie
A vibrant smoothie great for your digestive system, containing mint which is great at promoting a healthy gut.- Large handful of spinach
- Large handful of blueberries
- 5 (large) mint leaves (you can add more/less depending on how minty you would like it)
