HydraFacial for the Scalp: The treatment process

1. Cleanse and exfoliate

The first step uses Hydrafacial Vortex Technology to extract impurities such as dirt and oil from the scalp and hair follicles, providing a deep, thorough cleanse and exfoliation.

2. Hydrate and nourish

Using the Hydrafacial Peptide Complex Solution containing growth factors and skin proteins, further exfoliation is carried out on the scalp and the hair follicles are conditioned for a healthier scalp and fuller-looking hair.

3. Extend and enhance

In order to enhance and maintain treatment results, the Peptide Complex Spray is used daily which delivers deep hydration and nourishment to the scalp and hair follicles.

Recommended regimen

It is recommended to have a course of 3 in-office treatments, incorporating one 30 minute session each month. Further treatment is then recommended on the 6th and 9th month, followed by annual treatments in order to maintain scalp health. To begin with, your therapist will exfoliate and detoxify your scalp to help clear away dirt and oil from deep in your dermis, along with a peel to help to help rejuvenate the scalp, and promote hair growth.
After treatment

After receiving your HydraFacial scalp treatment, your therapist will choose suitable hydrating products to use. HydraFacial is a non invasive treatment therefore there is no downtime. Your practitioner will assess the exact number of treatments you need for optimum results, but usually, we recommend a course of 3 initial treatments.
