Following your initial consultation, a tailored approach will have been decided for your HydraFacial treatment. The process will begin with a vortex-like wand being pulled against your skin to help clear away dirt and oil from deep in your pores, along with a peel to help exfoliate and resurface your skin. A vacuum-like attachment on the wand then extracts debris from your pores. Afterwards, a moisturizing serum with antioxidants is applied to the skin using a pen-like attachment.

This process encourages the natural production of collagen and elastin which will help to tighten, lift, and firm ageing skin for a younger looking appearance, as well as promote healthy hair growth.

After treatment

After receiving your HydraFacial treatment, your therapist will choose suitable hydrating products to use. These are good for your skin and have a high factor SPF for your protection. Microfirm is a minimally invasive treatment therefore the downtime is minimal. Usually, we recommend taking the rest of the day off work after having the treatment. Your practitioner will assess the exact number of treatments you need for optimum results, but usually, we recommend a course of 4 treatments.
