Does laser hair removal hurt?
With the Soprano Titanium, virtually no. Unlike older lasers that deliver sharp pulses of heat, Soprano uses gradual heating technology that most clients describe as a warm, comfortable sensation, similar to a hot stone massage. No numbing cream is required.
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients require 6 to 8 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. Hair grows in cycles and laser treatment only affects follicles in the active growth phase, so multiple sessions are needed to target all follicles across their different growth stages. Your Treatment Coordinator will give you a personalised recommendation at your consultation.
Can the Soprano Titanium treat dark or tanned skin?
Yes. This is one of the key advantages of the Soprano Titanium's triple-wavelength technology. It is safe on all Fitzpatrick skin types, including darker tones and recently tanned skin, where many other lasers cannot safely operate. No need to wait for your tan to fade.
Is there any downtime after treatment?
None. You can return to work, exercise and normal activities immediately after your session. Some clients experience mild redness for a few hours, which resolves on its own. No special aftercare is required beyond avoiding sun exposure on treated areas for 48 hours.
How long do results last?
Most clients achieve over 90% permanent hair reduction after a full course of treatment. Any remaining hair is typically finer and significantly slower-growing. Occasional top-up sessions, once or twice a year, can maintain results long term.
Which areas can be treated?
The Soprano Titanium can safely treat virtually any area of the body except the immediate eye area. Popular areas include the face (upper lip, chin, sides), underarms, bikini line, legs (half and full), back, shoulders, chest, abdomen and arms. Your Treatment Coordinator will advise on a bespoke plan for your specific areas at your complimentary consultation.
